MORE ABOUT ME:

Hi my name is Addison Dono and I am currently a junior in high school at Shepherd Hill Regional High School. After completion of high school my goal is to go to college and study business. Going to a decent sized school in the city is also something that is very exciting to me. Sports are such a huge part of my life, and I would like to continue playing in college because I could not imagine my life without them. Currently, I play on the high school varsity softball, basketball, and soccer teams. I have been on those three teams since freshman year and I have been a starter on softball and soccer since then. As an athlete I believe constructive criticism is a way to better yourself as a player in any sport. Listening to others' views on your performances helps you learn how to improve. In addition, playing three sports allows me to be able to time manage at a high level and keep my grades up. More importantly, I care about my schooling and academics more than anything. I have been a top 10 student in my class and have carried a 4.2 GPA. As important as athletics and academics are to me, I find leadership on and off the field is something I strive for daily. At school I am currently in the Student Council, National Honor Society, Spanish National Honor Society, and I help out on the unified basketball team. All of these clubs show leadership throughout them by helping others and doing things for the community. For the future, I would like to find a college where I can learn to my fullest and succeed to the best of my ability.
